Everyday Sketch: Impromptu Performers (2020)
In this piece, a tiered passageway became a stage where five impromptu performers observed and mimicked the movements of passersby within a defined area. As each passerby entered the space, the performers mirrored their actions, stopping the moment the individual left the designated range.

By transforming the everyday act of walking into a subject of performance, the work elevates mundane gestures into something remarkable. The process of live mimicry highlights the inevitable imperfections and loss of accuracy inherent in human replication, emphasizing the subtle distortions that arise when attempting to reproduce the everyday.
